1. Recently National Maritime Day has been celebrated on April 5. This time the 59th National Maritime Day has been celebrated. This day is celebrated annually by the Ministry of Ports, Transport and Highways.

2. Andhra Pradesh has got a new map with 13 new districts. There are total 26 districts in present Andhra Pradesh. This 13 new district was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Shri Jagan Mohan Reddy through virtual medium.

3. Meghalaya State has tied up with NLSIU for fellowship. NLSIU - National Law School of India University.

4. Richard Howard was an American poet. He has passed away recently. Richard Howard was the Pulitzer Prize winner. And now he has passed away at the age of 92.

5. Indian player Mithun Manjunath has recently won the silver award in men's singles, the Orleans Master 2022 badminton tournament in France. 

6. Recently Karnataka state government has announced to increase the dearness allowance of employees from 24.50% to 27.25%.

7. Recently, Tata Power Solar Company has started a 160 MW solar project in Rajasthan.

8. Now in class 9th 'Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta' will be taught;  Announced by the Himachal Pradesh State Government.  Himachal Pradesh has got the second position after Gujarat by bringing Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta in the field of education.

9. The Central Government has appointed Vinay Mohan Kwatra as the new Foreign Secretary.

10. The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind is on a three-day visit to the Netherlands.

11. The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Adityanath Yogi has started the "School Chalo campaign" in Shravasti district. The main objective of this campaign is 100% primary school enrollment.

12. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has launched an app named "Kaval Udhavi". Which heads any emergency facility.

13. Recently Devika Rangachari has written a novel called "Queen of Fire". This novel is narrated about Jhansi Rani.

14. Delhi government has started hobby hub scheme in government schools. Extra-curricular activities will be provided to the student after the school hours are over.

15. Gulzar Ahmed has been appointed as the caretaker prime minister of Pakistan. Gulzar Ahmed was the former Chief Justice of Pakistan.
